Guest Services Administrator
Hours: 8am to 5pm AEDT
Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Full-Time
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Salary: 6-8 AUD
What you’ll do:
- Manage guest bookings and provide timely support for inquiries.
- Address and resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on guest interactions.

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
