8am to 5pm AEDT

Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Full-Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Salary: 6-8 AUD

What you’ll do:

  • Manage guest bookings and provide timely support for inquiries.
  • Address and resolve guest issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on guest interactions.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
