Rebecca Cribbin is an entrepreneur, business founder, award winning Short Term Rental Industry advocate, CEO and twice published author.  

She has dedicated the last 14 years of her life to building one of the largest privately owned STR Property Management businesses in Australia with support of her family and exception team. 

Rebecca is driven by the pursuit of best practice and strives to maintain a healthy work life balance. She loves telling her stories and sharing her experience, wisdom and knowledge with industry colleagues serving as a mentor and keynote speaker across Australia and the world.

When she is not busy building her new training, coaching and offshore support business Holiday Rental Experts or scaling her STR PM business Holiday Rental Specialists, Rebecca actively advocates for the STR community in Australia, engages in fundraising and sponsorship for underprivileged preschool and primary school children’s education in Africa and South Africa.  

Giving back to the community and empowering women and children to be safe and achieve success are at Rebecca’s core.
