CPD in NSW has changed!
What you need to know and what you need to do
Class 1 and 2
Option 1
- 4 hours of face to face learning
(max. 40 participants) - Minimum of 3 compulsory topics relevant to your license category
Option 2
- 4 hours of live webinar learning
(max. 25 participants) - Minimum of 3 compulsory topics relevant to your license category
Option 3
10 hours of online learning
Minimum of 3 compulsory topics + elective topics of your choice (10hrs)
Assistant Agent
Complete at least 3 units of competency from the CertIV in Real Estate

Note: Compulsory CPD topics are different depending on what license category you hold. In some cases you may need to complete more than 4 hours.

Hello!
My name is Rebecca Cribbin, I am a woman and mother first and in addition to that, an accomplished STR Property Manager and Team Leader, award-winning industry advocate, published author and founder of multiple businesses.
I founded Holiday Rental Specialists, in 2011 and since then my team and I have looked after 1,250 properties for busy investors, taken more than 62,000 bookings valued at over $100 million, and helped nearly half a million guests create wonderful holiday memories.
I am so passionate about our fabulous industry that I have also recently founded a new training, coaching, and outsourcing business, Holiday Rental Experts.
We are excited to be one of a handful of training providers approved to facilitate CPD in NSW and the only course dedicated to helping STR providers fulfill the NSW requirements.
